We ship throughout Chile. In Santiago, we use our own transport, while in other regions, we use Starken or customized transport. For shipments to other regions, we'll email you the shipping method and tracking code once your purchase has been delivered to the shipping company. 2. Delivery Types
Office in Santiago: Own transportation.
Shipping to Regions: Via Starken or custom transport.
International Shipping: Quoted separately, according to destination and transport method.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and the shipping method selected. Shipping time begins upon payment confirmation. If your order includes products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will be used as the reference. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and may be received by third parties (family members or concierges). We recommend informing them in advance.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid address where the order can be received during the indicated time. In the event of:
Absence of the recipient.
Incorrect shipping information.
Refusal to accept the order.
Change of address without prior notice.
ANKA Taller is not responsible, and the customer must cover the cost of a new shipment.
4. Shipping Costs
In Santiago: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, taking into account dimensions, weight, and distance.
In regions: The cost is defined by the transport company and is paid upon receipt of the order ("payable").
International shipments: Costs are quoted separately, based on the destination and transport method.
We primarily work with Starken, but for products that require extra care, we recommend customized shipping to ensure delivery in perfect condition. We can provide a quote for you, or you can also arrange the quote yourself.
5. Furniture Shipping
For the delivery of furniture, shelves, and tables, it is considered that they must fit in the elevator and/or through main access points such as doors and hallways.
If the size of the product prevents it from entering the desired location, delivery will be made to another location in the home where it can be received.
In buildings without an elevator or multi-story homes, we recommend that you notify us in advance so we can discuss feasibility with the transportation company and determine if any additional costs apply.
You can also arrange transportation yourself if you prefer to use another service.
