Access to and use of our website www.ankataller.com is governed by the following Terms and Conditions , as well as by the laws applicable in the Republic of Chile. By purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms.

Dispatch and Delivery of Products

📌 Shipping conditions

  • Purchased products will be shipped according to the conditions reported at the time of purchase.
  • The user is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.
  • Delivery times are communicated individually with each customer .

📌 Delivery times

  • The minimum manufacturing and shipping period is 10 business days .
  • For shipments to regions , the time varies depending on the volume of the product and the distance.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, ANKA Taller does not apply the right of withdrawal to our sales.

However, we always look for the best solution for our customers , so if you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we will evaluate each case.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

When can you request an exchange or refund?
You can request an exchange or refund if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects .
  • The product does not meet the characteristics described on our website .

To request it, you must write to contacto@ankataller.com or call us at +56981366726 within the first 10 days of receiving the product.

📌 Conditions for exchanges and returns

  • The product must not have been used .
  • It must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with all its accessories .
  • You must present the receipt or invoice .
  • Shipping and product pickup costs are the customer's responsibility .

📌 Exceptions

  • Products on "Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged .
  • For objects and furniture accessories , if the product is vacuum sealed, it must not have been opened .

If upon receiving the product, ANKA Taller finds that it does not meet the return conditions , the request will not be accepted.

⚠️ For security reasons, customers are not allowed to ship or pick up products on their own .
