1- Dispatch and Delivery of Products
Shipping conditions
Products are shipped according to the conditions informed at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the shipping information.
Delivery times and conditions are coordinated individually with each customer.
Delivery times
Our products are made to order.
The minimum estimated manufacturing and shipping time is 10 business days .
For shipments to regions, delivery times depend on the volume of the product, distance, and the transport company selected by the customer.
For greater clarity, we recommend contacting us before making the purchase.
2- Right of Withdrawal
According to Law No. 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply when products are manufactured to order or customized according to customer specifications, a condition under which ANKA Taller operates.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ANKA Taller maintains a flexible service policy and will evaluate each case individually when there are problems with an order.
3- Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
When can you request an exchange or refund?
You can request an exchange or refund only in the following cases:
The product has manufacturing defects.
The product does not match the characteristics described on the website.
The request must be made within 10 calendar days from receipt of the product , by writing to contacto@ankataller.com or to +56 9 8136 6726.
Conditions for exchanges and returns
The product must not have been used.
It must be in perfect condition, with its original packaging and all its accessories.
It is mandatory to present a receipt or invoice.
Shipping and return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the fault is directly attributable to ANKA Taller .
Exceptions
Products purchased in the "Sale" category are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
In the case of sealed items or accessories, returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.
If ANKA Taller finds that the product does not meet the stated conditions, the application will be rejected.
4- Coordination of Deliveries and Pickups
For logistical and security reasons, product deliveries and pickups must be coordinated in advance with ANKA Taller. Pickup or shipment of products via external carriers is not permitted without prior authorization.
