1- About ANKA Workshop

Who are we?

ANKA Taller is a Chilean design and manufacturing studio for furniture and designer objects. We design and produce original, high-quality pieces with a strong focus on local manufacturing and attention to detail.

Do they have their own workshop? Where is it located?

Yes. We have our own manufacturing workshop located at General Barbosa 1220, Workshop No. 1, Quinta Normal, Santiago, Chile .

2- Purchases and Orders

How do I place an order?

You can buy directly through our online store. Simply select the product, add it to your cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process.

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchasing it?

Modifications or cancellations can only be requested within the first 24 hours after purchase and will be subject to the production status of the order.

Can I order custom furniture?

Some of our products can be customized in size or finish, depending on technical feasibility and availability. Contact us to discuss your project individually.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Bank transfer

  • MercadoPago
    Some methods allow payment in installments, depending on the provider's or bank's conditions.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, payment in installments is available through MercadoPago or your bank, depending on the current conditions.

4- Shipping and Delivery Times

Where do they ship to?

We ship to all of Chile.

  • Santiago: shipments coordinated directly by ANKA Taller.

  • Regions: Shipping is done through a transport company chosen by the customer, with payment upon delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination, volume, and type of product. The cost is shown before you finalize your purchase or arranged directly with you for special shipments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our products are made to order.

  • Minimum estimated manufacturing and shipping time: 10 business days.

  • For shipments to regions, the final delivery time will depend on the transport company and the distance.

Delivery times are coordinated directly with each customer via email or WhatsApp.

Can I pick up my purchase at the workshop?

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order directly at our workshop in Quinta Normal, after prior arrangement.

5- Products and Materials

What materials do they use?

We work with high-quality materials, mainly wood and metal, selected for their durability, aesthetics and performance, along with carefully controlled finishing processes.

How should I care for my furniture?

Wooden furniture

  • Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

  • Avoid abrasive products

  • Protect from moisture and prolonged sun exposure

Metal structures

  • Clean with a dry cloth or water and neutral soap.

  • Avoid bumps or scratches

  • Dry thoroughly if exposed to moisture

Proper care will prolong the product's lifespan and maintain its appearance.

6- Exchanges and Returns

Can I return a product?

Returns are subject to evaluation and must comply with the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions , considering that many of our products are made to order.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your order has damage attributable to transport, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt , attaching photographs of the product and packaging, so that we can arrange a solution.
