Who are we?
ANKA Taller is a Chilean design and manufacturing studio specializing in furniture and designer objects. We focus on creating original, high-quality, and locally manufactured pieces.
Do you have your own workshop? Where is it located?
Yes, we have our own workshop located at General Barbosa 1220, workshop no. 1, in the commune of Quinta Normal, Santiago, Chile .
Purchases and Orders
How do I place an order?
You can purchase directly from our online store. Simply select the product, add it to your cart, and follow the steps at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after purchasing?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Can I order custom furniture?
Yes, we can evaluate modifications to dimensions or finishes based on availability. Write to us to discuss your project.

- Bank transfers.
- MercadoPago.
- Payment option in installments according to the selected method.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer interest-free installment payments with credit cards, depending on the terms and conditions of MercadoPago or your bank.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout Chile. We ship within Santiago, and shipping to other regions is done by a carrier of the customer's choice, with a prepaid fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination. You can see them on the checkout page before completing your purchase.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies depending on the product and shipping location:
Minimum manufacturing and shipping time: 10 business days .
Shipping to other regions: Delivery time will depend on the volume of the furniture and the distance . We will inform you of the exact delivery time once we have coordinated the delivery with the shipping company.
We coordinate delivery times directly with each customer via email. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
Do you offer pickup at your workshop or showroom?
Yes, you can pick up your purchase at our workshop in Quinta Normal. Contact us to arrange delivery.

What materials do you use in your furniture?
We work with high-quality materials such as native wood and metal with the finest finishes.
How should I care for my furniture?
To maintain the quality and durability of your furniture, follow these recommendations based on the material:
Wooden furniture
- Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
- Avoid the use of aggressive or abrasive chemicals.
- Protect from prolonged exposure to sun and moisture to prevent warping or changes in the finish.
Furniture with metal frame
- Clean with a dry cloth or with water and neutral soap.
- Avoid bumps or scratches that could affect the finish.
- In case of prolonged exposure to moisture, dry the surface well to avoid corrosion.
By following these precautions, your furniture will maintain its appearance and quality for longer.
Exchanges and Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery , provided the product is in perfect condition (see Terms and Conditions ).
What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a solution.
